LGBTQ+ Sport

We are proud to have lots of LGBTQ+ members in our club and we are committed to making UoNTri a safe space for everyone. We have a zero tolerance policy for any discriminatory behaviour both towards our members and from our members. We have been a part of the rainbow laces campaign for several years now and have two named welfare officers for the club to ensure everyone can feel welcome and included. If you have any questions about sport at UoNTri as a member of the LGBTQ+ community then please get in contact by filling out the form on the “Contact Us” section of the website.

DISABILITY IN SPORT

One of our main goals as a club is to break down barriers that may get in the way of anyone getting involved with us. We work closely with Disability Sport and UoN Disability Sport Officer and strive to provide accessible triathlon training to everyone. All of our indoor sessions take place in the David Ross Sports Village on campus which has accessible entrances and exits to all rooms, including the pool. If you have any questions about how you can get involved in our club then please do get in touch via the “Contact Us” form. We would love to have a conversation with you to see how we can provide any support you need.
