Training

General Squad:

There are 9 sessions available each week for all members. These sessions take place in a relaxed, social environment and are not compulsory, so members can attend however many they wish.

Our swim sessions take place in the David Ross Sports Village on campus which has accessible entrances and exits, including to the pool.

The sessions are either coached by our coaching team, or developed with them in order to achieve maximum benefit for all athletes.

Performance:

These sessions are marked in red below. They also receive 1:1 coaching plans from Steve Lloyd.

Development:

There is 1 swim marked blue below exclusive to Development, as well as accessing performance sessions including swims, watt bikes, Victoria embankment run and S+C, as well as 1:1 coaching plans with coach Morgan Gallimore.

To sign up to sessions you need to be a paid member of the club. Sign ups are released on our Facebook page weekly on sunday night, 8pm.
