Training

There are 13 sessions available each week for all members. These sessions take place in a relaxed, social environment and are not compulsory, so members can attend however many they wish. The sessions are either coached by our coaching team, or developed with them in order to achieve maximum benefit for all athletes. There will be 7 exclusive sessions for Performance Squad Athletes within the club. These sessions are marked in red below. Normal training for the Autumn Semester 2018/19 begins 8th October 2018.
