Training

We hold 13 training sessions a week for members. These sessions take place in a relaxed, social environment and are not compulsory, so members can attend however many they wish. The sessions are either coached by our coaching team, or developed with them in order to achieve maximum benefit for all athletes. There will be 6 exclusive sessions for Performance Squad Athletes within the club. These sessions are marked in red below.

Tri-it week will be from Monday 2nd Oct - Saturday 7th Oct and will include all sessions in black except from track cycling and Sunday cycle. Anyone can join in, but you must have a UoN Sport Membership to enter the swimming pool.
